Stephanie Millner was born to be an artist – as the daughter of internationally known illustrator Joe Kohl, art has been an ever-present part of her life. With the constant encouragement of both of her parents, she pursued photography from a very early age, never wavering in her desire to make it her career. The travel photography exhibited is part of Stephanie’s personal collection. Each location was selected based on its dramatic lighting, beautiful monochromatic texture, and otherwise bold surreal color. As Stephanie’s photography work takes her across the globe, she continues to add new pieces to this collection that exemplify theatrical texture and chiaroscuro.
