Eye Candy: Westchester, NYC and LNC will all represent this month with mixed media and photography headlining this exhibit. Brian Wolfson, Stephen Cimini, WIlliam Hager, Jaye Crist & Mark VanSyoc headline.

Grand Opening Ribbon Cutting Ceremony as part of National Bike Month Kick Off Activities (performance). Photography by Renard (exhibit), The Racks (Bicycle) of Lancaster City by Mik Ridgeway (exhibit), Color The Wheels of Lancaster (performance), Bicycling Storytime (performance). Raffle & prizes for all children’s activities.

Shifting Perspectives – A Retrospective: The exhibit includes photo collages by Ruth Ann Meyers Kulp created from original photographs and discarded postcards, along with Polaroid transfers, and mixed media. Some works and found objects are paired with original poetry.

Senior Show & Celebration: PCA&D’s class of 2014 will present their new and individually-crafted thesis projects during the Senior Show & Celebration on Friday, May 2 from 5 – 8 p.m. A family-only preview will be held from 4 – 5 p.m. Two thousand art lovers packed PCA&D last year to experience the event — and our 2014 edition will again be Lancaster’s largest one-day gallery event by a single organization. The Senior Show & Celebration is free and open to the public so you can experience PCA&D’s promise: our graduates are strong thinkers, strong makers, and strong communicators, and they are truly prepared for a life in art.
